Take time for peace
Resting can be time well spent - not just being productive!
In a world of rush and hustle and bustle, it’s easy to forget to stop and let your mind catch up. There’s always something to stress about and there’s always a good excuse to keep going. It’s easy to feel guilty for stopping or feeling tired.
Our top tip is - grab a note pad and write down all the thoughts in your head, put it in a rucksack (in case there’s something you forgot to write down) and get out into nature; be it a forest, mountain and beach and just breathe in the air, take in the smells, observe the wildlife and soak in the environment, get the sun on your skin and feel alive.
For a short time, think of nothing but the beauty of nature.
